Wiki-style or similar pages for each ingredient, possibly with stats and stuff

I would like to implement an automatic twitter-feed-update when someone make a new composition. This means that every user could choose in their preferences to have their newly made composition feeded into their twitter account automatically.
Of course the Cuuks staff could choose to feed some, or all, compositions from the Cuuks twitter account.

as the title suggests, an iPhone app with the ability to choose from easy-scroll wheel categories and an option to take a photo to submit via the app...

to better understand intention of use

A way of putting certain cuuks users of your choice in a "friend list" to be able to communicate with them, but even more importantly to have "news" from those users, for example their latest compostitions showing up in a sidebar.

e.g. for sauce Choron add the ingredients Béarnaise sauce & tomato puree

The profile is pretty impersonal right now. Not a lot of info for each user. Maybe adding fields for: type of cuisine, location, years in industry, etc. I dont know about anyone else, but Id like to know more about my fellow users. I understand you could just write it in, but for the people that dont fill it out, having a small amount of info required to complete profile would be nice.

Create and manage compositions in lists - like playists.

I would suggest "auto completion" for adding tags. Like for the ingredient list. When you're writing something the similar tag results automatically appears. That would avoid double tags that are almost the same (peppery-peppry) and it would make tagging easier, to promote tagging.

Group certain ingredients together (with some sort of marker, be it color, symbols, container...) within a composition to make it more understandable how the "recipe" goes and in which order the ingredients should be combined. Add to this also an explanation when hoovering over it with the mouse - explanation could be for example what to do with those particular ingredients.

Right now you can't delete your compositions...

tag all ingredients with texture, season, vegetarian or not, color and so forth.
